Sales Terms & Conditions

The following is a brief overview of our sales terms and conditions, please read these carefully. If you do not understand/accept all the terms, please do not make a purchase before talking to a representative about your concern. These conditions are for your protection and ours. It helps provide you the service you are expecting and deter those who have no other agenda but to abuse. These conditions will help control our cost and use our resources towards serving those who truly need the service.

Return Request
All RMA requests must be done via email (internotesmall@internotesmall.com) using Request for RMA on the subject line; this provides us a way to track all correspondences for a particular order. RMA request must be done during the first 30-45 days of purchase. Beyond this time, customer must contact manufacturer.
 
Defective Item
The customer will pay to return the item using the least expensive method. We will pay shipping cost to send a replacement once we receive the defective item.
 
Incompatible Item
In the case of memory, processor or any other accessory that is found to be incompatible and not defective, the customer will pay shipping cost both to return the item and to receive an exchange.
 
Credit Request
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return; other items such as Compaq products, gateway products, HP products, Dell products, Sony Computer products incur a %30 restocking fee and the cost of shipping.  Any other item, please see below.

If the customer changes his/her mind about a purchase after the transaction has been completed, we will proceed as follows

  • Paid for but shipping process has not started yet, full amount is refunded.
  • Paid for and shipping process has already started but item has not shipped yet, 7% is deducted before a refund is issued.
  • Paid for and shipping process is completed, 15% and shipping cost are deducted before a refund is issued.
  • Delivery refused, 20% and shipping cost are deducted before a refund is issued.
 
All items sold by InterNotesMall.com Inc carry manufacturer warranty from 90-day to 5 years. Memory carry lifetime warranty unless otherwise specified.
 
Non Refundable Items
Software, Retail box CPU/Processors, Open ink cartridges, and Blank Media Cartridges are non-refundable. When you open it, no matter whether you use or not, it is no longer refundable.
