| ONLINE FRAUD PREVENTION | InterNotesMall.com Inc does not tolerate online fraud and we employ several levels of fraud detection. If an order is determined to be fraudulent, all information will be reported to the FBI, at http://www.ifccfbi.gov Since business inception in 1998, our customers information have been protected exceptionally well. Despite numerous attempts, no information has been exposed. This is possible because we use several layers of protection that can "fool" even the smartest hackers. |
| ORDER ACCEPTANCE | Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. | PAYMENT METHODS |
InterNotesMall.com Inc accepts major credit cards including
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money
orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks drawn in U.S.
Dollars. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days
after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. There
will be a $25 charge per returned check. Government, educational, and company purchase orders are also accepted. A company purchase order must be accompanied by payment through one of the methods above. C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) orders are payable by a Cashier's check or money order, provided they are drawn in US dollars. Money Order, Personal check must be sent to our office in NY. | TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS | In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, InterNotesMall.com Inc has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. InterNotesMall.com Inc retains the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order canceled, InterNotesMall.com Inc will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged. |
| SHIPPING POLICY | InterNotesMall.com Inc will ship your product by the method best suited to your specific needs. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when a delivery method is selected on the Shopping Cart page. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all the items in your order. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused. Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, pending stock availability at the time the order is received. InterNotesMall.com Inc does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. |
| BACKORDERS | Due to the popularity of some products, InterNotesMall.com Inc may not always have all advertised items in stock. InterNotesMall.com Inc will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order includes an item that is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting customer service at customer.service@internotesmall.com . |
| RETURN POLICY |
If your product becomes defective
within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it
for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer
restrictions. Before returning any item, you must contact our customer
service at customer.service@internotesmall.com within thirty (30) days of your invoice
date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All non-defective
returns are subject to a restocking fee. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number is valid for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. InterNotesMall.com Inc will offer a refund or replacement on products subject to the terms noted below. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. InterNotesMall.com Inc will offer a full refund less restocking fee on any unopened product returned within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $37.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box. All items being returned must be received within 15 business days (two calendar weeks) of issuance of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. No shipping charges associated with the original purchase, return, or replacement of a product will be refunded. |
| MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY | Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. All products are sold with full manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and service varies depending on manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. |
| TAXES | By state law InterNotesMall.com Inc is to charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York and Virginia. Each customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. |
